Cayne serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Asia Wealth Group Holdings Limited, bringing over 30 years of expertise as a financial analyst and advisor in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Mr. Cayne leads the Meyer Group of Companies, including Meyer International Ltd. and Meyer Asset Management Ltd., delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions for high-net-worth individuals. Renowned for his exceptional portfolio management, he designs tailored investment strategies and leverages advanced financial structuring and trading techniques to optimize client outcomes across financial services and insurance sectors.

Mr. Cayne founded Meyer Asset Management Ltd. in Tokyo, establishing a benchmark for offshore wealth management for Japanese high-net-worth clients through innovative portfolio construction and strategic trading. He later expanded operations to Bangkok via Meyer International Ltd., serving a diverse Asian clientele. Under his leadership, the Meyer Group integrated into Asia Wealth Group Holdings Ltd., listed on London’s Aquis Stock Exchange, a process underpinned by stringent regulatory due diligence, reflecting his commitment to transparency and high governance standards. A graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance, Mr. Cayne is fluent in English and has working knowledge of Japanese and French, enabling smooth engagement in global markets. Peter Upperton FCA - Financial Director

Peter Upperton FCA serves as Financial Director of Asia Wealth Group Holdings Limited, bringing extensive expertise in financial management and corporate governance to the board. A British and Australian national, Mr. Upperton is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a graduate of Birmingham University. With a distinguished career as a chartered accountant, he has a proven track record in overseeing financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency for organizations operating in complex international markets.
 
Mr. Upperton’s financial acumen supports Asia Wealth Group’s commitment to robust governance and transparent financial reporting, as evidenced by the rigorous due diligence required for its listing on London’s Aquis Stock Exchange. John P. Formichella - Non-Executive Director

John P. Formichella is a Director at Asia Wealth Group Holdings Limited, with over 25 years of experience in corporate and TMT law across the Asia-Pacific. As a co-founder and partner of Formichella & Sritawat, a prominent law firm based in Bangkok, he advises multinational companies on complex regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues, focusing on TMT, data privacy, and cybersecurity. His work includes negotiating advanced technology services agreements for financial institutions, insurance groups, and large industrial companies, ensuring adherence to strict regulatory standards.
 
Mr. Formichella has led high-profile projects, including major satellite and data center initiatives. His firm is ranked Band 1 in the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide for TMT expertise. Previously, he was a partner at Blumenthal, Richter & Sumet in Bangkok for 16 years and served as Vice President and General Counsel at Wherever.net Holding Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed telecommunications company in Hong Kong. He has advised U.S. government agencies on telecommunications and trade issues and has contributed to legal publications on Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act and AI regulation.
 
A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Juris Doctor, M.A. in Economics, and B.A. in Political Science, as well as Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law, Mr. Formichella is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C. His multilingual skills in English, conversational Thai, and Mandarin Chinese boost his ability to manage cross-border transactions.
