Acquisition Criteria Asia Wealth thrives on the differences between East and West. Our challenge is identifying companies that stand out on their own as well as blend into our cultural and business mix. Although we accept that companies have different business models and culture, we tend to consider companies in the wealth management sector that have the following qualities: experienced management team that has a proven track record; an Asia based business that can expand beyond its respective market; a European business that can expand into Asia; services, products and/or client bases that complement other partners of Asia Wealth; a company with a solid reputation with its clients; businesses which have growth potential. We are particularly interested to hear from boutique wealth management advisory firms, asset management firms and private banks.
